This policy explains what information REI Acquire ("we", "us") collects through reiacquire.com (the "Website") and how we use it. The REI Acquire application at crm.reiacquire.com (the "App") is also covered by our Terms & Conditions.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request access, book a demo or send feedback, we collect what you type into the form: name, email, phone, company, team size, markets, the tools you use today, and your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps.
- Fonts. Pages load the Urbanist typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch it.
We do not run advertising trackers, and the Website does not set advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, set up your workspace and contact you about REI Acquire.
- To understand what to improve, because user feedback drives what we build.
- To keep the Website secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host the Website, deliver email and operate our systems, only as needed to run the service.
- Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.
- A successor, if REI Acquire is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to run our business relationship with you, then delete or anonymize them. Ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to admin@reiacquire.com. Every marketing email we send will include a way to opt out.
Data in the App
Information that you and your team load into the App, such as leads, property owners, buyers and call, text and email records, belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to contact the people in your data, including honoring Do Not Call lists, opt-outs and consent requirements. See the Terms & Conditions.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
