Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of reiacquire.com (the "Website") and the REI Acquire application at crm.reiacquire.com (the "App"). By using either one, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them.
The service is in beta
REI Acquire is in beta. It is free to use until our public launch, planned for Q1 2027, and features may change, be added or be removed. Beta software may contain errors, so back up anything important. We will give notice before paid plans begin, and you will not be charged for a plan you have not agreed to.
Fees and usage charges
Access to the App is free during beta. You pay for usage charged by telephone and messaging carriers, such as calling minutes, SMS and carrier fees. Rates are shared during onboarding and will be published on our Pricing page. There is no contract, and you can stop using the service at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for your workspace, for keeping login details confidential, and for everything done under your account, including the actions of your team members. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.
Your responsibilities for outreach and compliance
REI Acquire provides tools for calling, texting and emailing. You decide who is contacted, and you are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach and your business. These may include the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, federal and state Do Not Call rules, state telemarketing laws, call-recording and consent laws, CAN-SPAM, carrier and 10DLC requirements, real estate wholesaling and licensing laws, and data-protection laws.
Our compliance controls, such as DNC management, a block list and send-time opt-out enforcement, are aids only. They do not guarantee that your outreach is lawful. Nothing on the Website or in the App is legal advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- contact people who have opted out, are on a Do Not Call list that applies to you, or have not given any consent that the law requires;
- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or fraudulent messages, or impersonate anyone;
- upload data you have no right to use;
- interfere with, probe or overload our systems, or try to access other users' data;
- resell or reverse engineer the service, except as the law allows.
We may suspend or end access to protect the service, other users or the public, or if these terms are breached.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you load into the App. You give us permission to host and process it to provide the service. You can export your data, and we can help with migration. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as telephone carriers, messaging providers, email providers and AI model providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their outages, delivery failures or charges. AI features can produce inaccurate output; review it before you rely on it or send it.
Our property
REI Acquire, its software, design and branding belong to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
The Website and the App are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any results, leads, deals or revenue will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, REI Acquire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or deals. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so these may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, fines and costs arising from your data, your outreach, your breach of these terms or your violation of any law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your access, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and indemnity, will survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update. Material changes will be noted on this page.
